Glocalization and Teacher Education – Ethical Considerations in Challenging Times

The article emphasizes that global thinking begins at the structural level of educational programs on teacher preparation, and we offer example Ukraine, which recently underwent a large-scale reform its higher education system towards international standardization, included their program preparation. At same time, process modernization in Ukraine has somewhat one-sided focus sphere neglects some local features, led to emergence problems.
 This explores connection between glocalization from methodological ethical perspective. We argue competence helps teachers future generations develop multi-perspective view accurately respond current challenges understand world complexity. mindset also enables them make thoughtful decisions based well-considered principles.
